Metallbau by Mario Göwe is a German company, located about 150 km from Dortmund, with a very special and varied production.
In addition to the production of staircases, railings and handrails, the production requirement was also to create irregular and ever-changing shapes, such as signboard with inscriptions and drawings, possibly using the .dxf files already prepared by the final customer.
After examining various proposals and possibilities, in order to combine economic and productivity advantage, the choice has been made on the purchase of the semi-automatic numerically controlled Tecnumerik 1000 punching machine, whose technical and conceptual features allow, inter alia, Perform fine-step rolling without producing any overheating, being a mechanical and not hydraulic machine, to achieve a cutting result from the finest and optimal finishing, comparable to that of a laser cut.
Programming has been complemented by offline office software Jetcam CAD / CAM that displays and imports .dxf and .dwg files, automatically selects the best tool, allows automatic nesting for a minimal amount of material and generates CNC code.
With these two tools available, a small, easy and intuitive machine, programmed in such a simple way, Mr. Mario Göwe has been able to fully meet the requirements of its customers, including the most imaginative ones, and to achieve very much machining details that, genuinely, have also surprised us.
