The OSCAM company of Rivoli (TO) is a loyal Technology Customer since 1996 when it acquired the single punching machine Tecnumerik and passing through a T30 850 and later to a Tecnotransfer 1050×1500, renewed its confidence over the years until the 2016 acquisition of TP Zeta SE 3610 with a working range 1250×2500.

OSCAM has a varied and customized production ranging from mechanical and electronic components, cutters and panels for the agricultural sector, as well as shelves of various kinds and much more and it has seen in recent times increase demands and orders.

By becoming necessary to purchase a new machine to take on the increased production, the punching machine was once again the answer to this need because its versatility, ease of programming that allows to get extreme processing speed coupled with exceptional quality, it remains the most powerful work center.

Laser cutting machines can be precise and performing, allowing very different shapes made with the same equipment, but they have management costs much more expensive.

The CNC punching machine however, can create different shapes suitable for particular needs, make deformations, threads, grooves, ribs, markings, deburring etc. with the same program, thus obtaining a finished piece that doesn’t necessarily have to pass to a second processing step after the cut.
