The versatility of TP Alpha
You can carry out simple processing operations such as perforated sheet metal (grids), fine nibbling, copper bars and slits, but also more complex works such as ribs, lowering and threading, without interrupting the activities of larger plants (e.g. laser cutting or automatic punching machines).
Improve the sheet metal cutting process
With TP ALPHA you can go beyond the simple sheet metal cutting since you can easily implement deformation works such as slots, countersinks, logos, embossing. The TP Alpha can be employed for small/medium productions or combined with other cutting systems such as lasers and automatic punching machines.

Low cost perforated metal sheets
With TP Alpha you can manufacture perforated sheets (grids) quickly and cost-effectively. With punching technology you can also realize more sophisticated shapes, but the speed of performance will always be the same.

The world’s fastest tool change system
For a single-punch CNC punching machine, tool change speed is an essential requirement, that’s why TP Alpha is equipped with the fastest and simplest tool change system on the market: the SPEEDY Setup. It takes just 12 seconds to set up the tool on the punching machine.
Automate your punching machine with Multi-tools
With the Multi-tool, the single-punch becomes a small automatic machine. You can switch from a single-tool station to one that can run up to 10 tools. Thanks to the integrated auto-index system, each tool, including those set up in the Multi-tool, can rotate from 0° to 360°.

The most user-friendly machine
TP Alpha is the easiest to use punching machine thanks to its three different modes of operation: manual, semi-automatic and automatic. You can program it directly from the machine control panel using the graphic software TECNOCAM. The 18,5-inch FANUC touch-screen display and the customized HMI (Human Machine Interface) make the use of the machine even more immediate.
Manual
The punching operations and the movement of the axis are performed manually, using the pedal and the joystick installed on the control panel.
Semi-automatic
Automatic axis movement (as programmed) and manual punching, using the pedal.
Automatic
Once the program has been realized with the graphic software TECNOCAM, punching operations and axis movement are automatic.
Create programs in few minutes
Thanks to the TECNOCAM software installed on the machine, programs can be created quickly and intuitively via 18,5-inch display.
Shape larger formats smoothly
Automatic metal sheet repositioning
This system makes it possible to process metal sheets that are larger than the X axis and it allows more than one repositioning of the sheet metal during the working process.
