One-of-a-kind punching machine. A punching machine with a working area of 1500 x 3000 (mm) is remarkable, but one with a working area of 1500 x 4000 (mm) is simply unique.
The versatility of TP Zeta
You can create complex nesting, special works such as ribs, dimples, threads and processing on heavy thicknesses (6 mm iron), corrugated sheet metal, panels with already bent edges and much more. Productivity and versatility at the highest levels.

The Vertical Turret stands out from any other automatic tool change technology. Worldwide patented, it has auto-index technology for all tools, allows a customized configuration and is equipped with the Speedy Setup system to set up each station in just 12 seconds.

The TP Zeta punch press is equipped with TRUMPF or TECHNOLOGY-style tools. You can customize the configuration and choose how to equip each individual station with standard, special, and/or multi-tool tools, all with auto-indexing capability.

A more efficient way of working
The advanced integrated auto-index system allows any tool to be oriented from 0° to 360°, with an accuracy of 0.01°. Thus the number of tools to be purchased is drastically reduced. Programming the punching machine has never been easier, as well as performing complex nesting to optimize sheet metal waste.
The highest level of accessibility
The loading of the sheet metal can be easily carried out on three sides. The front side is for loading large sheets that go even beyond the length of the Y-axis. The lateral side is for loading small sheets in an easy way.
